This website gives general information about Coruma Consulting LTD and its services. It is not advice and does not create a client relationship; any engagement is governed by a written agreement. The content, design and logo belong to Coruma Consulting LTD and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Privacy policy
Coruma Consulting LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in answering it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Coruma, except the providers that host this website and our email, on servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not send it outside the EU.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and page requested) for up to 30 days for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@corumaconsulting.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
